Refund Policy

We’re sure you’ll fall head over heels in love with your purchase, however we understand there may be some occasions you need to refund or exchange your order.

We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund and return the item. Please read the following information carefully:

If you wish to exchange your order after you have received it then email contact@silkandbrush.com with your reason for exchange along with your order number. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return for an exchange if your request is accepted. All shipping and packaging costs will be incurred by yourself. Please note the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept any responsibility for orders lost in transit therefore we strongly recommend using recorded delivery for peace of mind.

If you wish to return your item for a refund after you have received it please email contact@silkandbrush.com with your order number and reason for refund. We will then contact you with further instructions on how to return your order. Please note the cost of return will be incurred by yourself (the customer)

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. if there are any marks/odours on the item then this will void the exchange/refund entirely. 
Once your exchange has been accepted you have 3 working days for the item to reach us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Please note, a total of £7 will be either deducted or charged to your total before your exchange item(s) are sent out to you to cover initial and additional postage costs.
