Refund Policy

We’re sure you’ll fall head over heels in love with your purchase, however we understand there may be some occasions you need to refund or exchange your order.

We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund and return the item. Please read the following information carefully:

If you wish to exchange your order after you have received it then email contact@silkandbrush.com with your reason for exchange along with your order number. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return for an exchange if your request is accepted. All shipping and packaging costs will be incurred by yourself. Please note the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept any responsibility for orders lost in transit therefore we strongly recommend using recorded delivery for peace of mind.

If you wish to return your item for a refund after you have received it please email contact@silkandbrush.com with your order number and reason for refund. We will then contact you with further instructions on how to return your order. Please note the cost of return will be incurred by yourself (the customer) The return item MUST reach us within 7 days of your initial email, failure to do so will make your return void.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. if there are any marks/odours on the item then this will void the exchange/refund entirely. 

• Please note customised items, items purchased at pop ups/events, pre orders and sale items are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange. Customised items include customised lengths for kaftans and length alterations. This policy also includes any Kaftan purchased which is 50” or below as these lengths are not popular and not part of our usual lines.
• 
  Once your exchange has been accepted you have 3 working days for the item to reach us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 
  
  
• Please note if you send an item back for a refund and your you used a free delivery offer on your order, a minimum amount of £3.99 will be deducted from your total refund to civer the cost of our postage and packaging (value will be greater if  the order was larger / higher postage costs)
