Shipping Policy

Before completing your order you will have various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and date dependant on the delivery option you choose. We offer FREE standard recorded delivery for orders over £100 within the UK. UK orders under £100 will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked delivery. 

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours after your order is received (Monday - Friday). During busy periods there may be a slight delay which extends the turnaround for dispatch from 24 - 48 hours. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday, please email: contact@silkandbrush.com if you have any questions, need assistance with placing an order or if you require an order urgently. We will always endeavour to meet your requirements and respond to email enquiries within 24 hours. Please mark the subject area of your email as 'URGENT ORDER' if you are contacting us for an order which needs dispatching as soon as possible. 

We send our orders via Royal Mail in the UK and Europe. For rest of the world you can expect your order from Royal Mail, ParcelForce or DHL. All orders are dispatched using secure, recorded delivery. 

Should you choose to benefit from Next Day Delivery please note any orders placed after 1pm (Monday - Friday) will be processed and dispatched the next business working day. This excludes Saturday and Sunday.

Please note, business working days are Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays are not working days. 

Any delays that occur with any of our delivery partners is out of our control, Silk + Brush cannot take any responsibility for this. 

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you upon checkout, if you make an error with the address for shipping please email: contact@silkandbrush as soon as possible however if your order has been picked, packed and shipped to the address you provided this is not our responsibility as the onus to provide the correct shipping details upon checkout lies with you. We further reiterate, any orders delivered to an address you provided (regardless of error on your behalf), the responsibility for this error lies with you. If you realise an error in the shipping address you provided then please email: contact@silkandbrush.com immediately, if we have not yet dispatched your item(s) then we will ensure the package is sent to the correct address.

All orders over £100 will be packed in our luxury dust bag and postal box, all orders under £100 (including Silk + Brush Basic Collection) will be packed in eco friendly mailing bags. This excludes sale items. Sale items will not include our luxury dust bag.

All of our packaging is eco friendly.
